In just its first week in the stores, Laura Ingraham’s latest blockbuster Power to the People has leapfrogged the competition -- including books by Bill Clinton, Alan Greenspan, and O.J. Simpson -- to debut at the coveted top spot on the New York Times bestseller list. Ingraham is in the midst of a four-week, 26-city Power to the People bus tour across the nation.
“The response to the bus tour has been overwhelming,” said Ingraham. "I am humbled and heartened that parents and young people alike are rallying around the message that we must fight for this country on the home front as hard as our troops fight for her abroad."
"I never have lost faith in the innate wisdom and common sense of the American people," the radio host beamed. "We have given away our power to out-of-touch politicians, runaway judges, and sex-obsessed entertainment execs for too long -- I'm glad people are as ready to turn things around as I am."
