Erick Erickson: It’s Time for a Red State Uprising
Across the country, people are fed up with waiting for politicians to get this country back on track.
And with just six weeks until election day, the time is ripe for taking back America from the power-hungry, spending-crazed politicians and leftist elites.
Enter Red State Uprising, the blockbuster new book by RedState.com editor Erick Erickson, and Lew Uhler, founder and president of the National Tax Limitation Committee.
Red State Uprising not only lays out what we must do to win in November (and 2012), but also what we must do to slash the size of government, increase economic growth, and put America back on course.
In Red State Uprising, Erickson describes the unrest that's sweeping the country—and explains exactly how grassroots activists are making themselves heard.
He and Uhler also dissect the massive growth in government spending, and reveals what we can do to roll back the out-of-control spending that is crippling our great nation.
"There is a 'right size' for government," says Erickson, "and it is much smaller, much less expensive—and much more productive—than what we have today."
In Red State Uprising you'll learn:
- Why Republicans are as much to blame for the current state of government as Democrats
- Why winning back the Senate could mean a win for Obama in 2012
- What is the "right-size" for government and why it's essential for America's individual liberty and economic freedom
- How to tell if your Republican candidate is truly conservative—and why the "Earmark Pledge" is the best judge
- What are the tools any activist needs to reclaim American freedom
Red State Uprising is not about anarchy or a revolution—it's about using the ballot box to reshape government. So how about it? Will you join the Red State Uprising?
